My biggest challenge is the paper towels! I do use flour sack towels (which are wonderful) but the ptowels are so handy! At least they're compost-able here...

By the way, what fabric did you use for the napkins in the picture? I love it!
Erica-I can't remember what that fabric was called, got in on vacation in FL and have never seen it since! Paper towels are hard to get "over!"
